Returns & Refund Policy

Returns are possible within 30 days:

Products must be in their original condition with all original labels and tags attached.
The packaging must be undamaged and in its original state.
Returned items must show no signs of use.

⚠ Important: If returned items do not meet these conditions, we cannot process your return. We reserve the right to reject returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

Return Shipping & Tracking

Please ensure your return package includes a Track & Trace code.
Lost returns cannot be refunded without proof of shipment with a valid tracking code.
Returns without tracking are at the sender’s own risk.
As the customer, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Once we receive your return, we will notify you by email. Refunds will be processed within a few days after we have processed your return.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 24 hours after placing it.
After 24 hours, orders are automatically processed and can no longer be canceled.

To cancel your order, please contact us at info@galinay.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

Note: Return shipments are at the sender’s risk, and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Received the wrong item or size?

If you have received the wrong item or size, we will send you the correct item for free!

Refund Processing

We process refunds within 3-5 business days after receiving your return.
